Kyle D. Whittle joined the firm in 2022.  His areas of practice include wills, trusts & estates law, landlord tenant law, civil litigation, guardianship law, and estate litigation.

Kyle graduated from Fairfield University in 2015, earning a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Political Science.  He then earned a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2019.  During law school, Kyle was a clerk for a private practice in Ringwood, NJ.

Upon admission, Kyle held a position as a staff attorney with Northeast New Jersey Legal Services.  Kyle handled a variety of matters including landlord/tenant disputes, expungements, debt management, and Consumer Fraud protection.  Kyle has also been appointed as Temporary Guardian and Court Appointed Counsel for incapacitated persons in guardianship cases.

Kyle is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey.
