Meyerson Fox & Conte, PA is pleased to announce that Partner, Evelyn F. Nissirios, Esq., has been appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve on the District Ethics Committee for Bergen County (District IIA). The appointment is for a four-year term, commencing September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2027.
Under the Office of Attorney Ethics, the District Ethics Committee investigates and prosecutes attorney disciplinary matters on behalf of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Evelyn will be responsible for investigating grievances, serving on panels to hear formal complaints, and prosecuting ethics cases involving New Jersey attorneys.
