Lynda received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, where she graduated magna cum laude. In 2006, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, where she graduated cum laude. While attending Pace University School of Law and operating under a student practice order, she appeared for domestic violence related hearings for indigent clients, and she participated in an externship program through the Rockland County, New York District Attorney’s Office. Subsequent to law school, Lynda served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Deborah L. Ustas, J.S.C. in the Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. Since completion of her clerkship, Lynda has worked exclusively in the areas of matrimonial and family law, and has appeared in court throughout northern and central New Jersey.
Lynda is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the State of New York and the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey. She is a member of the Morris County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Lynda has provided pro bono legal representation for victims of domestic violence through the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Program, and Partners for Women and Justice.
