Andrew P. Bolson and Michael A. Austin Present Privacy Law Seminar

On June 10^th, Andrew P. Bolson and Michael A. Austin, in cooperation with the New Jersey Bar Association Privacy Law Committee, presented a Seminar entitled "Privacy Law Overview: What Your Business Clients Need to Know.”  In addition to Andrew and Michael, the panel included, Kelly Harris Jerkovich, the Vice President of Global Privacy for Wyndham Worldwide, Fernando Pinguelo, the Chair of the Cyber Security and Data Protection Group at Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC and Andrew Donofrio, formerly with the Bergen County Prosecutor's Cyber Crimes Unit and now with Cyberology Consultants, LLC, a business specializing in computer forensics and security assessments.  The seminar provided litigators and transactional attorneys with a comprehensive understanding of the privacy laws that impact businesses of all sizes.  The presentation also included a discussion of the policies and procedures that can be implemented to prevent data breaches and other privacy related lawsuits.  For more information about this seminar and how our privacy practice can assist your business, please contact Andrew .
