RMFMC&B attorney, Andrew Bolson is one of the featured speakers at the seminar, “Advanced Estate Planning in 2017 & Beyond,” which is being held at the Wilshire Grand in West Orange, New Jersey on November 17th. Sponsored by the New Jersey Bar Association, the seminar will discuss many advanced estate planning topics, including social security planning, when and how to use trust protectors and the income tax consequences upon termination of grantor trust status. Andrew will be speaking on estate planning for digital assets, such as credit card loyalty points, online passwords and content stored in the cloud.
