Kristi M. Intorre is an associate with Meyerson, Fox & Conte, P.A. in the Divorce & Family Law Department. She specializes in matters involving custody and parenting time, child support, equitable distribution, spousal support, and domestic violence issues. Kristi adeptly represents clients in all aspects and stages of their matters, including in trials and plenary hearings, motion hearings, mediations, four-way settlement conferences, Intensive Settlement Conferences, Case Management Conferences, and post judgment negotiations.
Kristi earned her B.S., cum laude, from Ramapo College in 2015 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law in 2018, where she was a member of the Pace International Law Review.
Prior to joining Meyerson, Fox & Conte, P.A. in 2025, Kristi practiced family law at Hartmann Doherty Rosa Berman & Bulbulia, LLP and at Harwood Lloyd, LLC. Before entering private practice, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Peter J. Melchionne, P.J.F.P. (Ret.) and the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.S.C. at the Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. Kristi subsequently served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.A.D. in the Appellate Division.
An active member of several bar associations, including the Bergen County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, Kristi’s dedication to the legal community is further evidenced by her role on the Ramapo College Foundation Board of Governors, where she contributes to the college’s strategic objectives.
Kristi has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in New Jersey for 2023 and 2024. She has also been selected as Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in America for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Kristi co-chairs the Bergen County Non-Dissolution Settlement Program, established to address a backlog of over 100 “aging” cases in the Family Division, helping parties with children who were never married to resolve disputes amicably. The program aims to mitigate delays caused by the pandemic and judicial shortages, facilitating swift resolutions for litigants affected by prolonged case durations.
