Louis J. Verde has been active in Community Association Law for over thirty years, preparing offering plans as well as representing medium to large Condominium Associations and Apartment Corporations. Additionally, he has extensive experience representing clients for the sale and acquisition of commercial property such as office buildings, shopping centers and apartment buildings, as well as litigation experience in real estate related matters, including community association related claims, land use, prerogative writ actions, real estate property tax appeals, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes and boundary disputes.
