Lynda Picinic, Esq. is a partner at Meyerson, Fox & Conte, P.A.  She devotes her litigation practice to family law, matrimonial law and domestic violence.  Lynda represents clients in contested litigation matters as well as in mediations and arbitrations, and her cases range from simple to complex.  Lynda addresses issues, including but not limited, to divorce, custody and parenting time, relocation, spousal and child support, equitable distribution, complex financial matters, including business valuations, palimony, prenuptial agreements, and post-judgment enforcement and modification applications.  With her strategic thinking, unparalleled work ethic, attention to detail and her commitment to her clients, she will properly guide her clients and strongly advocate their best interests to the fullest.  Lynda is known for having a genuine concern for the well-being of her clients, and is there to assist and guide them during this difficult time in their lives.

Prior to entering private practice, Lynda served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Deborah L. Ustas, J.S.C. in the Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part.  Through her clerkship, Lynda learned the inner workings of the judiciary and complexities of the legal system, and said knowledge has been invaluable in her private practice in advancing the interests of her clients.  Lynda has a state-wide practice and has appeared in Court throughout the State of New Jersey including fourteen (14) counties.  Lynda currently sits on the Bergen County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel and FD Settlement Panel for non-dissolution matters.

Lynda received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, where she graduated magna cum laude.  In 2016, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, where she graduated cum laude.

Lynda is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the Bar of the State of New York and the Bar of the United States District of the District of New Jersey.  She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association and Women Lawyers of Bergen County.  Lynda has been selected by her peers as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2017, and a Super Lawyer in 2024 and 2025.  Lynda has also been selected as a Top Attorney in the area of Matrimonial and Family Law in Bergen County by Bergen Magazine in 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
