Lawrence N. Meyerson and the Hon. Harry G. Carroll, J.A.D. (Ret.) serve as mediators for all types of commercial litigation matters, from will contests to partnership disputes.
Mediation is the process by which people can resolve their cases amicably amongst themselves without either a judge or jury making a decision for them . Mr. Meyerson has been appointed by several Superior Court Judges to mediate highly contested cases involving guardianship disputes, will contests and general civil litigation. He is also regularly chosen by attorneys privately to mediate cases prior to trial.
Judge Carroll brings to the firm his sixteen years of experience on the bench, which included service in the Family Division, the Criminal Division, the Chancery Division, and the Appellate Division. Judge Carroll is also available to manage litigation as a special master.
Most attorneys and Judges agree that mediation, in almost all cases, will save money for all concerned. Moreover, it is almost always favorable for the parties to be a part of the solution rather than having a third-party making decisions for them.
