Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A. has launched a division for the purpose of handling all municipal court matters.
These matters would include motor vehicle violations, violations for driving while intoxicated, assault, harassment, neighborhood dispute issues and any other municipal court actions.
The new division will be headed by former municipal court judges and prosecutors, Lawrence N. Meyerson and John A. Conte, Jr. and former public defender, Robert J. Mancinelli.
Attorney Meyerson served as municipal court judge, prosecutor and public defender for the Borough of Hillsdale and Attorney Conte has served the Borough of Oakland as judge, prosecutor and public defender as well as public defender for the Borough of Norwood, Elmwood Park and the Township of Saddle Brook. Mr. Conte also served as judge for the Central Judicial Processing Court in Bergen County which was established in July 2016. Attorney Mancinelli served as Public Defender for the Borough of River Vale and also has extensive municipal court experience.
