Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A. is excited to announce that Beth L. Barnhard has joined the firm as its fourteenth attorney. Practicing law since 2007, Beth will be focusing her practice on elder and disability law matters involving asset preservation planning, Medicaid applications and administrative Fair Hearings, guardianships, estate planning and estate administration. Prior to law school, Beth spent years working as a rehabilitation aide/staff interpreter at a psychiatric vocational rehabilitation center, where she taught work skills and appropriate work behaviors to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those with multiple diagnoses. In addition, Beth has worked as a freelance American Sign Language interpreter for the Deaf and Deaf-Blind. Beth’s experiences provide her a unique understanding of the challenges faced in guardianship and disability matters and how quality legal representation can benefit those with special needs.
