MFMC attorney, Matthew M. Nicodemo, was featured in the Winter 2021 Newsletter of the New Jersey Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. His article, “Guardians Ad Litem of the Galaxy: S.T. Provides Some Clarity” discusses the 2020 New Jersey Supreme Court decision, S.T. v. 1515 Broad Street, LLC. According to Matt, the “New Jersey Supreme Court decision may help to illuminate the distinction between the roles of guardian and guardian ad litem and further shed light on the somewhat nebulous “galaxy” of court-appointed roles.
