Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A. is proud to announce that attorneys, Andrew P. Bolson and Evelyn Nissirios, have been promoted to Partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2020.
Andrew has been with the firm since September 2011. 
Over the past eight years, Andrew has represented individuals, small businesses and non-profit organizations with both litigation and transactional matters. Andrew maintains a multi-disciplinary practice, which primarily includes commercial and estate litigation, real estate law, estate law, guardianship law and small business law. A Certified Information Privacy Professional, Andrew also founded the firm’s privacy and Internet law practice and has represented clients in invasion of privacy and reputation management cases.
Evelyn has been in private practice since 2008 and joined MFMC in 2013. Evelyn devotes 100% of her practice to divorce and family law. She provides representation on all levels, handling complex divorce litigation involving custody and parenting time issues, significant financial issues, and representing clients in domestic violence trials, among other areas. Evelyn is frequently appointed by the Court to serve as Guardian ad litem to represent the best interests of minor children in contested custody disputes as well as serving as Court-appointed counsel in contested adoptions. Evelyn was named “10 Best Attorney Under 40 in New Jersey” by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys for 2019 and 2020. Fluent in Greek, Evelyn is also a leading practitioner for the Northern New Jersey Greek community.
Both Andrew and Evelyn have been recognized by their peers and have been honored as Top Lawyers by (201) Magazine, Bergen Magazine and have been named as Rising Stars by Super Lawyers.
