Meyerson, Fox & Conte, P.A. congratulates our Partner and colleague, Michelle J. Marose on her appointment to the Superior Court of New Jersey. Judge Marose spent her entire legal career at Meyerson, Fox & Conte, specializing in divorce and family law matters. Judge Marose’s appointment was approved by the New Jersey Senate on December 19, 2024. Upon taking the judicial oath of office, Judge Marose will be serving in the Family Division in Passaic County.
According to Anne Fox, the head of Meyerson Fox & Conte’s divorce and family law department, “Michelle was an integral member of our team, and she will be deeply missed at the firm. That said, we are incredibly proud of Michelle on her accomplishment and her commitment to public service. Michelle’s attention to detail, her work ethic, and her legal acumen are second to none, and we know that Michelle will make an incredible judge.” Though Michelle will be missed by all at Meyerson, Fox & Conte, we are very excited for Michelle as she embarks on this new chapter in her legal career.
