Rubenstein Meyerson Fox Mancinelli Conte & Bern, P.A. is excited to announce that Emily Carstensen has joined the firm as an associate in the matrimonial and family law department. Emily brings to the firm a wealth of family law experience, including in such matters as complex equitable distribution cases, custody and child support applications, domestic violence trials, post-divorce applications, prenuptial agreements and palimony cases. Emily is also committed to doing pro bono work and has provided volunteer representation to victims of domestic violence through the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Program and through the Dress for Success of Morris County. Emily has also been recognized as a SuperLawyer’s “Rising Star” in 2012 and 2013.
