Siobhan McGowan is a Partner with Meyerson Fox & Conte, P.A.  A graduate of Villanova University and Seton Hall University School of Law,  Siobhan concentrates her practice in the areas of community association law, residential real estate, commercial real estate and landlord/tenant.  She provides a full range of legal services to the firm’s community association clients, including interpreting and amending governing documents; preparing rules, resolutions, and other corporate documents; handling  enforcement of Governing Documents; and, assisting with the collection of arrears. Siobhan is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is a graduate of the Morris Pashman Inn of Court.
